I feel most at home in nature — whether that’s long walks with my border collie, running (when the motivation strikes), or slowing things down with yoga. I also have a deep love of reading, travel (not forgetting the obligatory holiay gelato!) and photography, particularly street and people photography, and I’m often drawn to the quiet, unspoken moments it captures.

I’m deeply curious about people and the world around me, and that curiosity flows through both my therapy work and my photography.
